How will the mask be delivered? We will post your mask by recorded delivery. All masks are wrapped up in bubble wrap and packed in rigid cardboard boxes to ensure that they arrive to you safely and in perfect condition.
Availability of masks from the Venetian Collection? Our website is frequently updated, and shows items that are available for immediate dispatch.
Please bookmark our site and come back regularly to check out our new items. Sometimes we may get an early evening run on a particular style before a big event and those masks sell out very quickly. If this happens and you have ordered one, we will notify you of the expected availability date.
This will enable you to change or cancel your order if necessary. Also, some designs are occasionally available in other colours to those shown on the website - so please contact us to discuss your needs and any particular interests.

Ordering larger quantities of Venetian masks. Larger quantities need to be ordered in advance but most items can be posted for next day delivery within the UK.
